3. Pre-launch Registrations & Enquiries

When you register or submit an enquiry through our portal:

• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete contact and business information.
• FUBAR Fashion reserves the right to contact you via phone, WhatsApp, or email regarding website updates, product catalogues, and sales enquiries.
• Submitting a registration or trade enquiry does not guarantee catalogue allocation, supply contracts, or product availability. All commercial agreements and distribution terms are subject to separate formal agreements.

4. Payment, Refund & Settlement Terms

All commercial transactions, wholesale allocations, and order shipments processed with FUBAR Fashion are subject to strict financial terms:

• Prepaid Only: FUBAR Fashion operates strictly on a prepaid basis. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted under any circumstances for bulk orders, catalog distributions, or custom apparel runs.
• Settlement: All orders must be fully settled via direct bank transfer, UPI, or our integrated secure online billing links before dispatch from our Jaipur warehouse.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Once order confirmation or catalog deposits are processed and fabric production or allocation has commenced, cancellations are not permitted. Refunds or credit notes will only be issued in cases of verified manufacturing defects, reported within 48 hours of shipment delivery, and subject to inspection.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this website—including logo marks, brand names, graphics, text, custom images, clothing designs, fabric layouts, and code—is the exclusive property of FUBAR Fashion and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or copying of materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited User Conduct
