These Product Terms, Disclaimers, and Policies govern all products manufactured, marketed, sold, or distributed by FUBAR Fashion—whether purchased directly from our official store (https://fubarfashion.in/) or through partner marketplaces (such as Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.

1. Anti-Return Fraud & Return Abuse Policy

At FUBAR Fashion, we take pride in delivering premium, factory-fresh menswear. To protect our brand, logistics partners, and genuine customers, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy against return fraud and return abuse:

• Product Integrity: Any product returned must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition. All original tags, QR codes, price seals, and branded packaging must be attached and intact.
• Video Auditing Program: To prevent counterfeit swaps, FUBAR Fashion records continuous high-definition video logs of all outbound packing processes and inbound return opening/Quality Control (QC) evaluations. We record product weights and visual inspections at our Jaipur warehouse.
• Rejection of Fraudulent Returns: If a return parcel contains items from other brands, counterfeit/fake duplicates, empty boxes, or worn/soiled garments (with swapped tags), the return request will be rejected immediately, and no refund or replacement will be processed.
• Reporting to Marketplaces: For transactions conducted on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra), we actively submit video and weight logs to register dispute claims, requesting the suspension of fraudulent buyer accounts and recovery of losses.
• Criminal Prosecution: Attempting to return counterfeit goods, empty packages, or substituted items constitutes theft and fraud. FUBAR Fashion reserves the right to blacklist offender details, register formal complaints, and initiate criminal proceedings under Section 318 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (formerly Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code) and other applicable laws.

2. Handcrafted & Jaipur Textile Disclaimer

Many of our premium collections feature handcrafted elements, traditional prints, and specialized dyes manufactured in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Please note:

• Weave and Print Variations: Minor slubs, inconsistencies in weave, or slight block-printing overlaps are natural characteristics of authentic artisan textile processing. These are markers of high-quality handcrafted fabric and are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Natural Dye & Color Lots: Slight variations in dye shades can occur between different fabric batches and production runs.

3. Product Accuracy Disclaimers

We make every effort to display our menswear collections as accurately as possible:

• Color Representation: Because colors appear differently depending on digital screen calibrations, display technologies, and studio lighting, we cannot guarantee that the physical color of the garment will exactly match the shade on your monitor or mobile device.
• Sizing Tolerances: While our garments are manufactured according to strict size specs, a standard industry measurement tolerance of up to 0.5 inches is acceptable and does not constitute a fitting defect.

4. Fabric Care & Durability Guidelines

Proper maintenance is essential to preserving the life, texture, and fit of premium menswear. FUBAR Fashion is not responsible for damage, shrinkage, color bleeding, or fabric degradation resulting from improper washing, dry cleaning, or ironing. Please note:

• Always follow the care label attached to the garment.
• Wash dark and dyed garments separately to prevent color transfer.
• Natural fabrics (such as 100% cotton and linen) are subject to standard shrinkage of 2% to 4% after the first wash, which is a standard material property.

5. Marketplace Terms & Direct Orders

If you purchase FUBAR Fashion apparel on a third-party marketplace, their shipping, return, and cancellation timelines apply to your transaction. However, the standards for product authenticity and the anti-fraud provisions stated in Section 1 of these terms govern all purchases without exception.
